Description: S-Line Fittings which comply with ASME BPE, standards for Bio-Processing Equipment.

Material: T316L Stainless Steel. Sulfur content of 0.005-0.017%

Sizes: 0.5" - 4" OD tube sizes

Tolerances: Tolerances as specified in ASME BPE Part DT

Dimensions: Classic lengths as specified in Waukesha Cherry-Burrell BPE Fitting Brochure, and ASME BPE Part DT.

Finish: Combinations of surface finishes are available to meet customers' requirements (see below):

Service Ratings are based on hydrostatic tests using standard elastomer gaskets, properly assembled joints, and no shock pressure.

Cleaning:

Finished parts are subject to a six-step RO water cleaning cycle.

Etch:

S-Clamp/BPE Fittings are etched with heat number(s), WCB logo, material grade, and SFF polish designation as specified in ASME BPE Part DT (0.5" & 0.75" carry the first three labels).

Packaging:

Fittings are capped and either bagged or skin wrapped.

Documentation:

Material test reports are available upon request.

Buna-N, EPDM, PTFE (Teflon2), FKM (Viton2), Silicone

Approvals:

Description: Automatic Weld Fittings (AWF) for Bio-Processing Equipment (BPE). Fittings with extended tangents to be used with orbital welders conforming to ASME BPE.

Material: T304 and T316L Stainless Steel.
