Waukesha Cherry-Burrell Products: Sentinel IV Valves

Developed to protect integrity and prevent intermixing of flows in brewing, soft drink, food and other sanitary fluid operations, the Sentinel permits CIP cleaning of each line separately, even while running product in a parallel line. Independent lifting of both upper and lower valve seats allow CIP solution to safely flow across each seat surface and the vent area.

• Water hammer safe--balance piston on lower plug holds it down securely during sudden over-pressures

• Sanitary design--no alignment problems or pockets caused by body joints

• Single actuator opens and closes the valve, independently lifts upper and lower plugs

• Fail-safe: air or electrical power failure closes the valve

• All wetted parts 316L stainless steel

• Minimum maintenance downtime--inspect and replace seals or plugs in less than one hour
